1. Free app with one optional Google Play purchase
Pressure Wash Estimator is an Android app published by Tillar Technologies LLC. It is free to install. It offers one optional in-app purchase, Pro unlock, a one-time payment with no subscription, free trial, recurring charge, or advertising. Google Play displays the localized price, taxes, and purchase terms before confirmation and processes the payment. The intended U.S. price is $4.99, but the localized amount shown by Google Play at purchase controls.
The app presents the Terms of Service and these Purchase Terms before first use and records acceptance locally. If you do not accept, do not use the app. You do not have to buy Pro unlock to use the free features. The English-language offering covers the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore where enabled in Google Play.
2. What is free and what Pro unlock includes
Free: quote and mix calculations, quote currency and measurement units, PDF sharing, business branding, and up to five saved estimates. Pro unlock adds the gross profit and margin view on quotes and unlimited saved estimates. Estimates saved before an unlock stay saved. If you are on the free tier and have five saved estimates, delete one to save another, or unlock Pro.
Pro unlock belongs to the Google account that bought it and is delivered by Google Play for compatible devices, subject to Google Play's licensing, device, installation, and account rules. After a reinstall or on a new device signed in to the same Google account, use Restore purchase in Settings.
3. Local operation and data
The reviewed release works without a Tillar Technologies account or developer-operated backend. Customer names, job information, quote lines, settings, and saved drafts are stored in the app's private device storage. A user decides whether and where to share an exported PDF. Data handling is described in the Pressure Wash Estimator Privacy Policy.
4. Estimates and professional responsibility
The app performs deterministic arithmetic using values entered by the user. Demonstration rates are examples, not market recommendations. Users remain responsible for their prices, costs, measurements, taxes, permits, contracts, and business decisions. Quote currency is a user-selected label for entered monetary amounts, not a foreign-exchange service; changing it does not convert values. Check the displayed currency and measurement units before sharing a quote.
The mix feature performs dilution arithmetic only. It does not recommend a chemical, concentration, surface treatment, application method, or safety procedure. Follow the chemical label, Safety Data Sheet, equipment instructions, applicable law, and appropriate personal protective equipment. Never mix bleach with acids, ammonia, or other incompatible cleaners.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility for the Pro unlock is governed by Google Play's refund policy and nonwaivable applicable law. A refund through Google Play removes Pro unlock from that purchase; the free features remain available. Google Play does not support partial refunds for in-app purchases.

Tillar Technologies offers no additional refund guarantee beyond Google Play policy and nonwaivable applicable law. Support will review direct requests consistently and retain the decision record.
6. Updates, compatibility, and support
Updates may correct defects, improve compatibility, or add features. Device, operating-system, and Google Play changes can affect availability. Tillar Technologies will support the app and its Pro unlock consistently with the Terms of Service, Google Play requirements, and applicable law.
7. No recurring cancellation step
Because Pro unlock is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Uninstalling removes the app but is not itself a refund request. Local data should be exported before uninstalling if the user wants to retain it.
8. Records and taxes
Pressure Wash Estimator keeps no developer account or cloud product data. The app asks Google Play on the device whether Pro unlock was purchased and sends no purchase information to Tillar Technologies. Google Play processes the purchase and provides merchant reports and withholding information. Tillar Technologies will rely on Google Play's Florida marketplace collection and remittance where applicable, address any seller obligation not handled by Google Play, and retain merchant, tax, refund, consent, and security audit records for seven years.
